Went to Petsmart to get some dog food. There should be a wall down the middle of Petsmart with two separate entrances, one for Dogsmart and one for Catsmart. I'm just saying... And am I the only one that thinks that "checking out" should go fast? I'm not just talking about Petsmart, where I stood behind a cat lady filling out a card with her personal info for the privilege of saving three dollars, I'm talking about everywhere. Its not a secret how to make the checkout process go faster. You make sure there are more than enough checkout people and you keep it simple. That means no special offers, or cards that require filling out lengthy forms. |
