Cloud Cult @ the Larimer Lounge (both shows) : Reverb

Is it unfair that Cloud Cult is still headlining small rock clubs? To them, yes. They deserve more love and attention, more money, more people worshipping their ebullient songs that explode like fireworks amid the live show. Absolutely.

Best new band. Every so often i stumble across a new band that just strikes me as special. Its for this reason that i keep listening to as much new music as I can, because every so often there is something new that makes me wonder why everyone alive isn't talking about this band.

Wow.

Saw the show on saturday and i too wondered why there were not more people climbing through the doors to see this band. Amazing, considering all the crap that gets so much attention.
