yeah yeah yeah... been watching movies. Here's opinion. s. Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow - ok. If you watch the special features you realize why the actor's performances look a little stiff. The concept is decent, but the execution leaves a bit to be desired. If the performances were better this would have been a better movie, by far. Wimbledon - Typical romantic comedy slash sports movie. Its predictable but that doesn't stop you from being moved when... well, you know? Napolean Dynamite - Have to confess, it was quirky and fun, but I didn't think it was all that. I barely laughed through the whole thing. Gosh! I can see how it would be quotable though... but I'm bad at quoting movies so... there. Amelie - Wow... great movie, very fun and it actually made me laugh in quite a few places. I put off seeing this for so long because of the frou frou cover. But when I heard an interview with the director it piqued my interest. His new movie A Very Long Engagement is in theaters I think, now. LOTR : Extended Edition - What a brilliant way to waste enormous amounts of time... ... and I think that's it. You're probably wondering why I don't review for a living? |
